Lumina Daphine Terra Classic Floor Light

Designed in 1975 by Tommaso Cimini for the company he created, Lumina Italia, and part of the Lumina Italia, Heritage Collection, Daphine Terra Classic is the original version of the classic design. An undisputed emblem of elegance and functionality, it represents the essence of Lumina Italia. The inspiration for Daphine is as simple as it is effective: a pivoting diffuser, an articulated arm in two segments and an electromechanical transformer on a cylindrical base between two metal caps. Daphine first saw the light in a small workshop in Sedriano (Milan province) in 1975 thanks to the skilful hands of Tommaso Cimini, a mechanical engineering expert, and the machines he had retooled for the purpose. Daphine springs from the Tommaso Cimini design philosophy, Lots of light, not much lamp, which is still the essence of every product bearing the name of Lumina Italia. Daphine Terra Classic is available in three finishes: Matt Black, Matt White and Brushed Nickle. 12V 50W halogen lamp included. Daphine Terra is also available in the Daphine Terra LED version with 9W Integrated LED.
