Luceplan Koine Acoustic Suspension Light

Designed by Mandalaki Studio for Luceplan, Koine Acoustic sound absorbing suspension light is an elegant and versatile design, featuring a special mineral lens that creates a homogenous, wide cone of light for the perfect ambience. Koine is a stunning contemporary design, available in two sizes and three finishes. Along with the high-tech LED performance that distinguishes it, Koine enjoys another innovative element with the sound-absorbing version. The reflector is a felt cap (60% recycled) which not only has an important decorative role, but also allows increased acoustic comfort in the vicinity by reducing sound reverberation. An aluminium portion inside covers the surfaces and contributes on one hand to holding the felt in place, and on the other hand to dispersing the heat of the light source.
