Designed in 1978 by Achille Castiglioni for Flos, Frisbi suspension light is an understated and elegantly beautiful Italian design classic. Opaline polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) injection-molded diffuser plate suspended by three fine steel cables. Polished nickel-plated, and Zapon varnished stamped sheet metal reflector painted gloss-white inside. Black painted, injection-molded ABS ceiling fitting and rose. A true Twentieth Century Classic designed by Achille Castiglioni, perhaps the greatest of the Italian Belle Epoque design masters.
